Account & data deletion
This page explains how you can delete an account or ask us to delete personal data associated with apparya apps. For general privacy practices, see our Privacy policy.
Delete from inside the app
If your app includes a sign-in feature, open the app’s settings (or account) area and use the account deletion or “delete my data” option when available. Wording may differ by product. After deletion completes, we stop using that account’s personal data for the Service except where law requires us to keep limited records (for example billing or fraud prevention).
Request by email
You may also email hello@apparya.app with the subject Account deletion request. Include the email address you use with the app so we can verify your identity. For your security, we may not process requests from addresses that do not match the account on file.
Apps without an account
Some apps work without registration. After you uninstall, limited technical data may remain on our servers for a short period so that a fresh install can restore your state if you return. When that period ends, associated personal data is deleted and cannot be recovered. The exact length of this window can vary by product version; contact us if you need confirmation for a specific release.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account or app data does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple, Google, or another store. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Refund rules are determined by the store or payment provider.
