This policy describes how apparya (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use our mobile applications, websites, and related services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge this policy.

2. What we collect
Depending on the product you use, we may process:
- Information you provide, such as account details (for example name, email address, or credentials you choose when a sign-in feature exists).
- Device and technical data, such as device model, operating system version, language, application version, diagnostic logs, and identifiers used for analytics or advertising where enabled.
- Usage data about how you interact with the Services (for example screens viewed, feature usage, crash reports).
- Approximate location derived from IP address or, only where you grant permission, more precise location to power location-aware features.
- Payment-related signals processed by app stores or payment partners when you purchase subscriptions or digital goods (we do not store full card numbers on our systems).

For products without accounts, residual server data after uninstall may be kept for a limited window to allow recovery if you reinstall, then deleted automatically. For account-based products, data is kept until you delete your account or we delete it in line with our retention schedule.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to reduce risk in line with industry practice.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise rights, contact us at hello@apparya.app. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. International transfers
