This is the address for privacy requests, reports of objectionable content, rights-holder complaints and official correspondence. Reports of objectionable content in our apps are also accepted in-app and are reviewed within 24 hours, as set out in our Terms of use.
Business details
The apps are published by an individual, not a registered company: there is no commercial register entry, no VAT identification and no authorised representative to disclose, because the business is carried on by the individual named above. A postal address for official correspondence is available on request by email.
Third-party attributions
MovieHub uses film metadata and artwork from The Movie Database. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Film titles, synopses, posters and related artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders and are shown for identification and editorial purposes.
Our apps include software and services from third parties, including Google (Firebase and AdMob), Adapty and Apple. Their trade marks belong to their respective owners.
Rights-holder complaints
If you believe material shown in our apps or on this site infringes your rights, write to apparyaofficial@gmail.com identifying the material, the right you hold, and how to reach you. We remove infringing material once a complaint is substantiated.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to use alternative dispute resolution entities unless required by applicable law.
Governing law
For contractual matters relating to our standard terms, the governing law and venue provisions in our Terms of use apply, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
